Uninstall the Homebrew Mac app without removing the brew command
Quit Homebrew.app and move it from Applications to the Trash. That removes the Mac app sh.brew.app. It does not run Homebrew’s command-line uninstaller.

Rows that match sh.brew.app can still appear. brew still being on your PATH after the app is gone is the expected result, not a failed uninstall. The package checked for the icon was Homebrew.app 0.4.3.
