Quit Numbers and move it from Applications to the Trash. Spreadsheets in iCloud are not the app.

The recorded uninstall removed the app, Containers for com.apple.Numbers, and that app’s Application Scripts. Mole does not list Group Containers/group.com.apple.iWork. Pages, Numbers, and Keynote share that group.
