How to uninstall Genspark Speakly on Mac
Save wanted Speakly voice work and any dictated text before removing Genspark Speakly. Keep the Genspark Super App separately: the recorded apps use different identities. Quit Speakly, then copy wanted contents from the observed ~/Library/Application Support/Speakly to a checked backup before deciding to reset it.
Remove the app and review local data
Find the Genspark Speakly app in Finder and move its actual bundle to the Trash after checking the backup. The record does not establish every current bundle filename, so use its actual location. Inspect the observed ~/Library/Logs/Speakly separately after quitting; remove only its own logs if no longer needed. Keep Genspark Super App data rather than deleting a whole Genspark parent. Apple’s app-removal procedure
Check the result
ls -ld "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Speakly" "$HOME/Library/Logs/Speakly"
pgrep -ifl 'Speakly|genspark-voice'
Printed paths remain. A missing-path error concerns only that item; permission errors leave it unknown. With no error, pgrep exit status 1 means no command line matched these patterns, while printed results need ownership inspection. Check the app’s actual Finder location too; this does not establish the state of the Super App, account or every independent helper.
What Mole lists
The selected app is included for removal, but the recorded Speakly support and log folders were not collected. Do not treat a name-only folder as proof of every data location or default checkbox; inspect actual scan rows and uncheck wanted local data. Remove data and settings with apps is off by default; enabling it includes eligible reviewed data while shared stores and protected data retain their boundaries.
What this test covered
The official copied Mac app was removed with a source-built Mole on September 22, 2026, without signing in. Its observed Speakly support and logs remained because they were not collected. Actual dictation, recording recovery, account deletion or Super App removal were not tested.
