How to uninstall 易标投标工具箱 (Yibiao) on Mac
易标投标工具箱 (Yibiao) is an open-source AI tool for writing bid documents. It is an Electron app, and its README says configuration, caches and generated results are stored locally, with business state in SQLite. So the one folder worth saving before you remove it is ~/Library/Application Support/yibiao-client: copy it somewhere else if you may need your projects or settings again, and export any bid document you still need from inside the app first. This guide covers the release build the project publishes on GitHub, linked from its repository; it is not a store download.
Quit and remove the app
- Press Command + Q inside the app, or choose its application menu › Quit.
- Open Finder, go to Applications, and drag 易标投标工具箱 to the Trash.
The app registered no login item or launch agent in the test.
Where the data lives
Press Shift + Command + G in Finder to open each path. Skip any path that is not present on your Mac.
| Location | What it holds | What to do |
|---|---|---|
~/Library/Application Support/yibiao-client |
The app's own data folder, named after its npm package rather than the app. Per the README it keeps your configuration and SQLite state, so assume it holds your projects and model settings. | Copy it first if you may come back. Mole lists the folder for review and does not select it. |
~/Library/Application Support/yibiao-client/Cache, Code Cache, GPUCache, DawnGraphiteCache, DawnWebGPUCache, blob_storage |
Chromium caches inside that folder | Remove. Mole selects these six by default and leaves the rest of yibiao-client alone. |
~/Library/Preferences/com.yibiao.openbidkit.plist |
Preferences | Remove. Selected by default. |
~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.sharedfilelist/com.apple.LSSharedFileList.ApplicationRecentDocuments/com.yibiao.openbidkit.sfl4 |
The app's recent-documents list | Remove. Selected by default. |
Temporary caches for com.yibiao.openbidkit also sit in your per-user cache folder (getconf DARWIN_USER_CACHE_DIR prints it). Mole removes them with the app. Documents you exported to folders you chose are not in any of these paths and Mole does not touch them.
Check the result
pgrep -fl '易标投标工具箱|yibiao'
ls -d "/Applications/易标投标工具箱.app" 2>/dev/null
ls -ld "$HOME/Library/Application Support/yibiao-client" "$HOME/Library/Preferences/com.yibiao.openbidkit.plist"
- No output from
pgrepmeans no process with the app's name or itsyibiao-clientfolder in its command line was found. A printed line means something is still running. - No output from the second command means the app is gone from Applications.
- A path printed by the last
lsstill exists. Ifyibiao-clientis still there and you chose to keep it, that is expected. No such file or directorymeans the path is gone.
What Mole lists
Mole selects the app, the preferences file, the recent-documents list, the six Chromium cache folders inside yibiao-client and the temporary caches. It lists ~/Library/Application Support/yibiao-client itself for review without selecting it. Your exported bid documents are outside this list.
These defaults assume “Remove data and settings with apps” in General › Cleaning is off. With it on, Mole also ticks the yibiao-client folder, so copy it before you turn the setting on.
What this test covered
On October 18, 2026, 易标投标工具箱 2.30.18, the release build from the project's GitHub page, was installed, launched and then uninstalled with Mole. No account was signed in and no bid project was created. Mole listed 10 rows before the removal, and with the review rows ticked all of them were moved to the Trash with the app, the yibiao-client folder included. Status showed one row with its Electron helper processes folded in, and Mole's update page read the app as an Electron app; no update was run. Mole's startup items showed nothing for the app before or after, and no launch agent was left. The contents of the data folder were not opened, so what the README says about it was not checked against real projects. Homebrew has no cask for this app.
