How to uninstall Tencent Video on Windows

Save local downloads and account details before removing Tencent Video. Uninstalling does not cancel a video subscription.

This covers Tencent Video 11.186.4331.0 installed for the machine with winget. Nobody signed in. A separate Microsoft Store copy was left alone.

Quit the desktop app first. This run had QQLive.exe and QQLiveService.exe. Do not end QQLive.Exe.Notification.exe from the Store package under WindowsApps.

False on the first two means the program and the Roaming QQLive folder are gone.
True on the third means qqliveEx is still there.

Mole listed the program folder, the ProgramData and Roaming QQLive folders, the Start Menu entries, the registry keys and a usage record. The Roaming QQLive folder was left unselected, and the vendor uninstaller removed it. Mole reports the firewall rules and does not remove them.

The uninstaller requested a restart, which was not performed in this test. It removed %APPDATA%\Tencent\QQLive itself even though that row started unchecked. The startup entry disappeared. Firewall rules were only reported; qqliveEx and bugReport\QQLiveBrowser registrations were not listed. Keep Tencent keys shared with WeChat.

These defaults assume Remove data and settings with apps is off. Explicit Select all or Also remove user data can include the listed personal-data rows. Check the selection before confirming. Selected files that Mole removes go to the Recycle Bin; selected registry entries are backed up before removal. The vendor uninstaller has its own deletion behavior.

Recorded on 2026-10-20: 腾讯视频, version 11.186.4331.0, machine-wide, NSIS, winget package Tencent.TencentVideo. The evidence comes from an ARM64 Windows test environment and a development build of Mole. It does not certify the current downloadable package or removal of real signed-in accounts, synchronized data or production projects.
