How to uninstall LeBo Screen Mirroring on Windows
LeBo Screen Mirroring (乐播投屏) keeps your sign-in and settings in a local profile folder, and screen mirroring itself leaves nothing on this PC worth backing up. The folders it writes carry an internal name, web-electron-rabbit, rather than the app's name, which is easy to miss when you clean up by hand. This guide covers LeBo installed machine-wide from the Lebo.Lebo winget package, which puts it in %ProgramFiles%\lbtp.
Quit LeBo first
LeBo adds a startup entry and a background service, LBTP Service. Exit it from its tray icon, then check Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) for any lbtp process still listed. The service shows in Task Manager's Services tab.
Remove the app with its own uninstaller
Go to Settings › Apps › Installed apps, find 乐播投屏, and choose Uninstall, or run:
winget uninstall --id Lebo.Lebo
Windows asks for administrator access, since the app is installed for all users.
Where the data lives
| Location | What it holds | What to do |
|---|---|---|
%ProgramFiles%\lbtp |
Program files | Check it after the uninstall and remove what is left |
%APPDATA%\web-electron-rabbit |
Sign-in state and settings | Remove it for a clean start; sign in again after a reinstall |
%LOCALAPPDATA%\web-electron-rabbit-updater |
Downloaded update installers | Safe to remove |
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, value lbtp |
The sign-in entry | Turn it off in Settings › Apps › Startup if it is still there after the uninstall |
Check the result
Run these read-only commands after the uninstall finishes:
Get-Process lbtp -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue
winget list --id Lebo.Lebo
Get-Service "LBTP Service" -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue
Test-Path "$env:ProgramFiles\lbtp"
Test-Path "$env:APPDATA\web-electron-rabbit"
Test-Path "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\web-electron-rabbit-updater"
Get-ItemProperty HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run -Name lbtp -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue
- No output from
Get-Processonly means this query observed no matching process; a suppressed error leaves the running state unknown. - A completed
winget listquery with no match means the package record is gone; a matching row means the uninstall did not finish. - If
Get-Servicesucceeds without suppressed errors, no output means the background service is gone. - The first
Test-PathreturningTruemeans program files remain. - The next two returning
Truemean the profile or the update cache is still there. Get-ItemPropertyreturning values means the entry remains. With no output, check for permission or other query errors before deciding that it is absent.
If you installed it with winget
winget uninstall runs the same uninstaller Settings › Apps uses, with the same result.
Account and membership
Uninstalling does not cancel a LeBo membership or delete your account.
What Mole lists
For LeBo installed machine-wide from winget:
- The program folder goes with the app row, together with a row grouping Windows' own records of when you opened the program, selected by default.
- The Start Menu and public desktop shortcuts are selected by default.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\web-electron-rabbit-updater, which holds only downloaded update installers, is selected by default.%APPDATA%\web-electron-rabbitis listed but not selected, since it holds your sign-in and settings.- The
lbtpsign-in entry, when it still points at the removed program, is selected by default and backed up to a.regfile before removal.
What this test covered
Tested on 2026-09-26 with LeBo 6.3.72 (x64) installed through winget, machine scope, on an ARM64 virtual machine. Its NSIS uninstaller ran silently, and the startup entry and the service were gone afterwards. Every listed row was ticked and removed in this test. Not verified: a signed-in account and mirroring to a real TV or phone.
