How to uninstall Apifox on Windows
Export API projects and environments before removing Apifox; this test did not sign in.
This guide covers Apifox 2.8.49 installed per user with winget (NSIS). The test did not sign in.
Quit Apifox first
Close Apifox. While it was running this test saw one row of 10 Apifox.exe processes. Confirm in Task Manager that they have exited before you uninstall.
Remove it with its own uninstaller
& "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Programs\Apifox\Uninstall Apifox.exe" /currentuser
Add /S for a silent uninstall. If Windows shows a firewall prompt, Cancel does not delete files. It leaves inbound block rules.
Where the data is
| Location | What it holds | What to do |
|---|---|---|
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Apifox |
The program | Removed by the silent uninstall in this test |
%LOCALAPPDATA%\apifox-updater |
Update cache | Removed this time |
%APPDATA%\apifox |
Local data and caches | Removed this time. The settings are review data. Delete them only after you know you do not need the account data |
%USERPROFILE%\.apifox-ai-agent-debugger |
A settings.json and an empty working directory |
Not collected this time. It is settings. Delete it yourself if you want a clean start |
Startup item ApifoxAppAgent |
A per-user Run value pointing at %APPDATA%\apifox\ApifoxAppAgent.exe |
Gone after the silent uninstall in this test |
winget uninstall --id Ruihu.Apifox removes the uninstall entry, and leaves the program folder, the updater folder and %APPDATA%\apifox. Those show up as leftovers of an uninstalled app only after the entry has been gone for a while.
Check the result
Get-Process Apifox -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue
Test-Path "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Programs\Apifox"
Test-Path "$env:USERPROFILE\.apifox-ai-agent-debugger"
- No output from
Get-Processonly means no matching process was seen. Falseon the second line means the program folder is gone.Trueon the third means the debugger settings folder is still there.

Selecting the listed data removed the app, updater, profile, protocol and startup registration. %USERPROFILE%.apifox-ai-agent-debugger remained unlisted, with settings.json. The two inbound firewall block rules were reported but left alone. A separate winget removal left profile and program folders, which later appeared in Clean for review.
These defaults assume Remove data and settings with apps is off. Explicit Select all or Also remove user data can include the listed personal-data rows. Check the selection before confirming. Selected files that Mole removes go to the Recycle Bin; selected registry entries are backed up before removal. The vendor uninstaller has its own deletion behavior.
What this test covered
Recorded on 2026-10-19: Apifox, version 2.8.49, per-user, NSIS, winget package Ruihu.Apifox. The evidence comes from an ARM64 Windows test environment and a development build of Mole. It does not certify the current downloadable package or removal of real signed-in accounts, synchronized data or production projects.
Vendor documentation. The paths and removal results above are observations from the Windows test unless explicitly attributed to the vendor.
